OUR MISSION The mission of Chester High School's Guidance & Counseling Department is to advocate, collaborate and facilitate individual and systemic change to ensure that each student is provided with an opportunity to achieve their greatest potential. The staff supports a safe learning environment and works to safeguard the human rights of all members of the school community through prevention and intervention programs that are a part of a comprehensive school counseling program and promote all students' academic, career and personal/social development.
